UberPageBreak is a simple plugin you can use to "break" (split) your Joomla! articles or K2 items into multiple pages, in an easy and stylish way. "Page breaking" is done by using the existing "page break" editor button that appears at the bottom of any content (WYSIWYG) editor box, either in Joomla! articles or in K2 items.

2 different layouts are bundled by default with the plugin, a "list" and a "tabs" layout. "List" is similar to the default Joomla! pagebreak plugin table produced, only a bit more stylish and practical. "Tabs" allows you to create something like an article tabs bar with linked sub pages (a la apple.com), especially useful for product presentations with a few sub pages, but not limited to just that.

The plugin is developed using JoomlaWorks unique "on-the-fly" MVC templating approach. This means you can override these 2 layouts or even create your own by simply copying the 2 existing layout folders (or creating new) inside your Joomla! template's:

/html/UberPageBreak/

folder. This also makes updating the plugin a breeze as you won't have to go into the trouble of backing up your custom template first.

Before you go on using the plugin, make sure that the default Joomla! page break plugin (or any other page break plugin you have installed on your Joomla! site) is unpublished, otherwise you'll get some funky results!
