PayToUpgrade is a flexible payment component allowing for payment integration into any component. This plugin adds payment options to Hot Property for letting users pay to:
* Make themselves an agent
* Publish their own property listing
* Make their own property listing featured
* Change the type of their own property listing

The Hot Property upgrade plugin allows the administrator to easily:
* Set the title and description of each upgrade
